codarts - rotterdam jazz academy
Conservatorium van Rotterdam (Codarts)

Jazz & Pop

New York comes to Groningen - Hanzehogeschool Groningen
Prins Claus Conservatorium (van de Hanzehogeschool, Groningen)

Conservatorium Maastricht - Over Jazz \ Pop
Conservatorium Maastricht

Muziek - Instrumentaal/Vocaal VT

Fontys hogeschool voor de kunsten (Tilburg)

Zal zo vast wel iets tussenzitten

For the moderators; these are links to dutch art schools

The jazz section of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels has an electric bass program headed by Michel Hatzigeorgiou (I don't know if he still oversees the program as though).

I had a friend who attended that particular program.
