Question for the jamman/looper users

Sign in to disble this ad
I have recently bought a looper and while i have been having lots of fun, there is one thing i have not been able to do. That is to import songs from my computer in my looper for my amp to play.

I know this is possible since i have seen my old teacher do it, but i cannot find a way to do the same. I have made sure mp3 were converted to wave and played in mono but it still wont work.

Anybody familiar with this^

On my JamMan I just plugged my iPod into the aux slot and set up the JamMan to record that input. Then I played the song (without playing my bass as well) and saved it. Then I was able to work on it whenever I felt like it.

You can connect the JamMan to your computer via USB and use it like a memory card. Just record something and save it (before connecting the JamMan to your computer) to see the directory structure. Also, there's an additional file created by the JamMan when it records something. You'll need to look at that file then copy it to your new directory and modify it so it works with the .WAV file you want to put on the JamMan.
