for all these college entrance audition situations that get posted here, esp Berklee
Does one play to a backing track or metronome or is it all solo?
And is it expected as a solo piece or as one might accompany an ensemble? or a little of both
Doesn't that effect the choice of lines in some way to keep the song flow clear -- not expressed all that well, but hopefully the point comes across. |
