I suggest adding another column with the common Roman numeral designations:

I
ii
II
iii
III
IV
VI
V
vi
VI
vii
VII

IME those aren't properly used of intervals but rather of scale degrees and/or the chords built on them. IOW, you don't typically use vi to indicate a minor 6th interval, though you might use it to indicate a diatonic chord built on the sixth degree of the major scale.

I agree, roman numerals almost always mean CHORDS, not scale tones.

One small typo; you have "Diminished fifth" listed as "D4".

I originally made this for my aunt who was starting to learn flute again after a 20 year hiatus and wanted to keep it very basic, maybe if I have more free time I'll make a more in depth one, it definitely would be a good idea, and if I ever install Office again, I just reformatted.
