Ralph Patt site: charts don't match clips

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi,

Is it just me or do at least some of the tunes on Ralph Patt's site not match up the sound clips to charts?

I hate to appear to be complaining about a great resource, but it's counterproductive for me if I'm trying to learn for instance, "Summertime" and the soundclip has an introduction that's missing from the chart. Am I missing something very obvious here?

Another mismatch, at least to me, is the clip for "Polkadots and Moonbeams" and the chart on RP's site.

Anybody want to take a minute and straighten me out?
Please?

Thanks.

The charts are right. Keep in mind that each tune starts with a four-bar intro. Typically: |ii |V | I |ii V |
