Repetitive bassline suggestions? R&B + Pop Punk

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey all, I'm easing back into hardcore metronome practice because doing an engine overhaul has been taking over my life and am looking for song suggestions with somewhat repetitive grooves/lines in Motown/Gospel (Stevie) and Pop Punk (All time low etc etc).

The purpose of these is I'm taking 1 or 2 bar lines and applying them to metronome practice, starting at 30bpm and working my way up eventually. My attention span is short so I need a nice pile of grooves to go through.

For the Gospel songs... if you know some where the basslines intentionally slug behind the beat that would be rad! I love those kinds of basslines.

Pop Punk, stuff like Monster by Paramore... Coffee Shop Soundtrack - ATL etc etc...

THANK YOU!
