Question Rufus Reid--The Evolving Bassist

Hi,
I wanna buy the Rufus Reid's The Evolving Bassist. But there are tow format: book+cd (The Evolving Bassist Millennium Edition) and DVD video (The Evolving Bassist). Are their content same. if not , what 's the better choice?

You may want to also post on the DB side as I know many of the folks over there have and are fans of the Rufus Reid book. I've heard nothing but good things about the book and it should be arriving from amazon today or tomorrow so I can weigh in more later.

I've got the book and the DVD and there doesn't seem to be much overlap, if any.. besides you can just enjoy the DVD as a high quality peformance video.
