So, ive decided to brush up on some theory lately and i wuld like to know if there is an online source where i can find scales for bass? and other theory related exercises for bass?

There is also a wealth of information here on TB if you do a search, and take a look at the stickies also.

If you just need the patterns:

If you need how to make music from them. - That's beyond exercises and gets into another area.

How to use those scales takes you into the rest of the story. I think the place to start on that is to understand how to harmonize a melody line - it all takes off from there, IMHO.
