Okay, everytime i watch tv i practice scales.

This is the first one i practice:
It says this i the Ionian mode of the major scale, i looked for it at activebass.com and finds 7different but none of them is this one, what's up with this?

What more scales do youthink i should learn?

All modes of minor/major?

Also, i practice the extended major/minor/blus scales, bad or good?
