Can anybody tell me where i can print Sheet music without dowloading?

I don't exactly understand the question. What do you want, blank sheets? If so, http://www.blanksheetmusic.net/ is what you're looking for.

That's cool! I've been using Excel spreadsheets with cell borders for lines and bars. It works, but this site seems to have a lot of flexibility. I couldn't find a bass clef to superimpose on the sheets, either.

Im thinking he might mean to practice reading, and if not then I will pose that question along with his. Its hard to learn to read when you dont have anything to read.

Wouldn't that be practice "writing" music - not reading - if it's blank sheets!!
