Sight Reading Software

Does anyone know of any software that can help with sight reading?

I'm ready to start learning again after a 20 year break. Unfortunately, the job, wife and kid really kill the time for a teacher.

What I'd really like to have is something like Guitar Pro. GP shows notation and tab and fretboard. I don't know if there is a way to turn the tab off and just show notation. I know the fretboard fairly well. What I NEED is something that will show notation, the name of the note and some sort of scale instruction.

Oh My. A New Year's resolution.

Thanks and Peace

Sight warrior...

http://www.francoisbrisson.com/fretboardwarrior/

on that page go to the bass sight warrior, a tad more expensive than flashcards but you'll get to hear the notes as well as identify them and with the time limit you can see your improvement.

V. Pretty nifty for learning the fret board. Any comments about the Sight Warrior?
