Simple, cool grooves for rhythm section

I've been playing with a drummer and guitarist lately. This past Saturday one of the songs we tried was one by James Brown's called The Payback. The main groove (about 7 minutes of the song) is simple (2 notes) but the overall groove for drums and bass is awesome and a whole lot of fun to play. Do you know of songs like it, with simple, but really great drum/bass grooves?

Sissy Strut by the meters is easy, really fun, sounds great and its one line for pretty much the whole song. The guitar and bass play the same part and there should be tabs everywhere
