Ok this song seems like a rite of passage as a bass player, ive been working on that stupid breakdown lol for 3 days now..

I think its right for the first part, then the second, the third part im having problems with, then the forth part brings it back home which I think im ok..

Then the rest of the song is ok.. I think..

So never mind the sloppy out of time playing but does this sound right if I can bring it all together?

Sound pretty close, a few bits are wrong, but it still sounds good.

I don't have the sheet music with me and I learned to play it tuned down a half step, but this tab from the net looks correct to me for standard tuning.

Try to avoid as many ghost notes in the verse passages.

I can't count the number of people I've heard and seen on youtubes who play the unison interlude wrong (they don't go high enough). That tab looks right.

After listening, it doesn't sound like you're going high enough either. Also, it sounds like the placement of the ghost notes isn't right in the main verse.

The interlude isn't right, take a look at MarlowDK's vid:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQQ2IH0CAMg

It's higher in the register than what you're playing.

That looks like it. The interlude ends with a D# (20th Fret G-String)
