Judas Priest- "Fire Burns Below"

It's one of the bonus tracks on the remaster of Stained Class and has no discernible bass line- kind of an unfinished track that was put on the album for its "historical value"

I mean, yeah, there's definitely some low end in there, but it's all sustained single notes, and I'm pretty sure that was Mr. Tipton playing keyboard.

I thought I'd take a whack at jamming with it (don't know why I didn't think of it before, I guess everybody gets their best ideas when they're sidelined with thumb injuries).

It's a cool song, with lots of open space for a bass player, and I've never really jammed with anyone to the point that I could pick out a chord without looking at where the guitarist's left hand was on the fretboard. I usually just try to dig the bass lines out of recorded music.
