I need a solo piece to play at college nothing overly difficult but still challenging, I would say I'm comptent beginner, no time limit for the piece but I would prefer something about 3/4 minutes.
Look to Bach even if it's not a classical piece you want to play y can change the feel and turn his pieces into anything really if you're clever about it. Plus major kudos if you play a bit of Bach. Sorry that answer is probably a bit obscure.
