A specific theory website I seek.

There is a website which shows fretboards and the notes associated with a plethora of scales, for four and five string bass, as well as various stringed guitars of different tunings. It also has practice and tests for learning the fretboard as well as reading standard notation.
It's all in flash, with red as the predominant color, but also white and grey.
I was telling a friend of mine about it, but I've lost the bookmark. I cannot find anything with my google powers, and I cannot find it anywhere on this site.
I know all of this information is available on a many different music sites, but I found this one to be particularly well-designed.

Can anybody help me in this quest?
