Bummer since I live in the States.
Is there any way to get a copy of the book in the US? I've emailed Stuart through his website and have not received a response.
I'm guessing the copyright problems are in his arrangements, and not the exercises. And the exercises are really what I'd be after.
In the worst case, I guess I can run the example audio tracks through "Transcribe!" and tab them myself. But a copy of the book would be so much nicer...

Hi there Jeff,
I've just seen this post. It is a shame that the book can't be sold in the states, but as you guessed it is to do with the copyright in some of the arrangements in the book. For example, getting permission to use the music for 'The Simpsons' was enormously problematic, and the only way Hal Leonard would allow me to use it was if I restricted the territory of the book.
Your best option is to find someone in the UK who can buy it for you and ship it over.
Hope that helps. Incidentally, there are some additional solo pieces that didn't make it into the book on the Bassline Publishing website. Look under FREE Stuff on the menu - all free as well.
Best wishes
Stuart
