I think this is the right forum..

but, lately i feel like i haven't been progressing at all. really i feel like i've been going backwards, and i don't know what to do to stop it.

I don't have the money for lessons, and it seems like i've learned all the songs i could, and everything i'd like to learn is just too hard now.

i just bought a 6 string and it feels like i lost all creativity, even though i imagined it would do the opposite.

what can i do to get out of this rut?!

Stop playing for a month, wouldn't make sense to practice songs if your attention is somewhere else. As Wooten said, get some life experience, so you can say something with your music.
