Hello all--
Taking a note from Billnc from another thread.
I can't afford lessons but would like to learn from a live person, not a DVD or book (have plenty). I have had some lessons in the past and do well to have direction from a teacher. I learn best this way.
So, I am putting it out here to the TB family:
Dedicated beginning student who can't afford lessons due to financial situation (family man,furloughs at work, extra $$ for lessons is not in the budget, etc.) looking for a qualified teacher to offer free tuition.
I'm willing to do all the work assigned dilligently and without question
. I promise to be an engaged student and give feedback and ask (hopefully insightful/thoughtful) questions.
My goal is to become proficient enough to play in the worship band at my church
