Is there a Dave Carpenter instructional book for 6 String???

I was watching this video with Dave Carpenter talking about his 6 string, then playing giant steps... whoa.

Anyway, he states that he was working on a book that lays out all the chord voicings for 6 string but I can't find it. He died really young and not sure if it was ever released.

Anybody know? or is there another book that someone could recommend?

just noticed this comment on the youtube vid. If true, it looks like it might not have ever been formally published.

"I have actually read the only copy of the book, my mother was his girl friend of 7 years when he passed, we were very close. All i can say about the Book is that it is genius and unconprehendible."

I don't know about Dave's book, but you might want to check out Todd Johnson's "Fishin' for Grip" book/DVD at Todd Johnson Music for a 6-string chord method book.
