TNT UK Delivery - Problems

I wasn't sure where to post this so I figured here'd be as good as anywhere.

Here's my problem. I've ordered a Markbass LM250 from the Bass Centre in London. They've sent it, but it seems to have disappeared somewhere in transit. I havent been able to get hold of anyone as of yet but one unlucky individual working TNT's phones is going to get it in the neck because i know for a fact that it doesn't take 9 days to get from Liverpool St. to my house.

Anyone else had problems with them before?
