Well I'm a rocker, blues guy, whatever. Idk though, I really would like to learn something to play for the ladies. Something that will make them get down on their knees, hah jk. But really, what? |

I will highly recommend Paul McCartney's I've Just Seen a Face (if you've seen Across the Universe you know why) even though there's not a whole lot of bass on the original Help! recording.
If you have a band who has a great singer you could try Justin Timberlake's Damn Girl, and if you don't have a band you could just learn the line and play for the girl with the recording. Equally impressive I think. Learning this one is on my to do list, though it's certainly not to impress any girls...lol

| | | | That's not what it's about at all, man. anything you've written will,
a million times over,
be more impressive than anything else.
Show a girl your soul.
Not "Paul Mic-arntys" soul.
At that point, if she is into you
(the REAL you)
You should treat her real nice.
If not, treat her nice. Also. |

| | | Do what I did and find an AWESOME girl who is partially deaf and as such loves the bass the most because she can feel it in her chest (which is what she likes about music).
Don't ask me how i got so lucky, I'm still trying to figure it out. |
