In the key of G? So it'd be G-D-E-B.. Gadd6 maybe? I dunno.

You could call it an Em7 inversion, right? E-G-B-D or 1-b3-5-b7 - sounds right to me!

B, D, E, G would make a nice C major7 voicing if there's a C being playing below.
