Where can I get backtracks at?

I was hoping someone here would recommend a place to find good backtracks for play-along, or improvising. I'm looking primarily for rock but jazz-rock, jazz, or blues is also good.

It would be nice if it came with the cord progression specified.

Is there a better method? Is there software that can remove the bass from mp3's?
