| | Registered User | | Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Folkestone | | I'm not normally one to "big myself up", but my lessons have gone stupidly well. Phenomenally well! You can tell from my channel comments and video comments that they are well appreciated...
I mainly aim at beginners, though. Slap and pop beginners, beginners riffs, and loads of other stuff. There are some great teachers online that can cover theory, scales etc for you. I don't do that. Yet.
They are all catergorized here. I am adding to this list all the time: A LOT of Free Lessons, how to's and other stuff from me!

What's cool is that they all have new an different things to offer. The more lessons out there the better! I think if youtube was around when I first started my current skill level would be a lot higher. |

The standard of players is going to go through the roof in the next ten years or so, because of the wealth of knowledge there is to access on the internet. It's a really exciting time to be a musician, I think!
I would have never have heard of some of the amazing underground players I have found if it wasn't for youtube, etc. And it's so great that we have forums like this where we can all get together in one place, and chat about bass. It'll only make us all better in the long run.
And I agree about having more lessons! One man's poison is another man's medicine, and Marlow and I have totally different teaching styles and methods. It's great having him there though, because if someone asks me a theoretical question that I know nothing about (this happens...often), I just point them in Marlows direction...
