| I completely agree with chicagodoubler on this matter. In my opinion when you read things, it can be interpreted however you wish, so you may in turn interpret it wrong, just regressing your technique rather than progressing. The only sort of training book I'd recommend is a book of sheet music and accompanying CD with which you can just practice and improve your sight reading, which I'm assuming you'll need where you're going.
