I appreciate all the advice, even though I went against the majority of it. Anyway... The money is still safely in my paypal, the bass is happily in Taiwan, and yet again TB has proven to be a great place to do business. |

A signature in (insert country 1000 miles away here) does not mean anything if a scammer signs it.
I got screwed out of about 40$ on ebay by what seemed to be a US resident a few years ago, and have not used it, or paypal since.
