I just commented on the Do You Know Your Bass thread, and turned that into a post of my own!

Thanks for the inspiration, and, again thank you for being so gracious when you were in Fresno @ Sound Stage a few months ago! I actually got the chance to use some of the tips you and Vic gave us at my gig down in San Diego a few days later! My guitarist kept elbowing me asking "is that a Wooten thing".. or "hey, you ripped that from Wellington, didn't you"!!! Of course, he's doing this while he's ripping a fantastic solo! I love that guy!
