Being on tour and your health

Ant,

You are a really, really, active and busy person. Therefore your health is at the utmost importance to thrive. For someone like you and other cats like you. How do you pull it off? Special diet? What do you eat on the road. What do you avoid? Exercise?

I tour about 4 months out of the year.
No special diets, no exercise, but I do
take a multivitamin every day and try to
drink lots of water. Airplanes dehydrate you.
Also, I never drink booze if I have to travel
the next day. If you have 2 or more days in
the same hotel, you can afford to nurse a
hangover.

Hey Philly,

I'm usually more fit and eat better when I'm on the road. We challenge each to stay in shape and lose weight in the road. I don't use drugs or drink alcohol. And I walk a lot when I'm on the road. It's not hard for me.

peace,
anthony
