Hey Ant,
I had my first lesson with you at Bass Specialties back in April after going to the clinic in New Jersey. Was looking forward to seeing you again but recently found out that Glenn will be closing Bass Specialties down to operate out of his home.
So now it seems I will have to begin taking online lessons with you via Skype. Question is, what should I have to take lessons??? In a interview you stated this:
"I plug my metronome, accompaniment machine and bass into this mixer that goes line out into the computer. Then the speaker out of the computer goes into the mixer so I’m hearing them through the headphones, so everything audio-wise is crystal clear. I suggest to students on Skype that you get the best setting they can"
Im not really a tech guy so...
What are the brand names and models of the mixer, metronome, headset if you use one, and accompaniment machine(I dont even know what an accompaniment machine is)????
Are there any other setups you can recommend that will work? And does laptop have to have certain amount of input/ outputs?
As of now I have the Korg TM40 Digital Tuner Metronome, bass, and bass cable (I guess its 1/4 plug). I have a Hartke A35 amp (

Have yet to get camera or headset.
Thanks....
PS. Where do you do your lessons in York, PA and when are you going back there??
