I just recently got the Ron Carter book was playing around with the play along CD. My old player broke the disc in half. Is there any way to get ahold of these files without rebuying the book?

If you send the broken CD to the publisher, they might send you a replacement. Otherwise, they likely won't believe that you actually had it in the first place... Many people try to get these instructional CDs for free to accompany some PDF of the book that they downloaded somewhere, so you will have a tough time.
