Not the only way, but it's a great way. The other way is to practice in a consistent, focused and progressive way. The best way to do that is to have somebody who has a deeper understanding of the music help you. Get a teacher.

But at some point if you want to speak French, you gotta start talking with people who speak French. Not just other folks who are trying to learn to speak it or with someone who is trying to help you learn to speak it. There is NO quick and easy method to do this.
