can anyone help me with this? got any drills? do you think practicing with a tuner helps or would just playing scales up and down the neck help? drills? anything..im having trouble.

Have you actually read anything else posted here?

Practice three octave scales in every interval, in tetrachords and other fragments, three octave arpeggios, play it all with the metronome set on 30 bpm, with the tonic pitch blaring in your ear, and while you sing *out loud* the note names.
