Portnoi technique

Has anyone used former BSO prinicipal Henry Portnoi's book on bowing technique? Does anyone know where to find it? it seems to be seriously out of print, yet still highly recommended.

Thanks

Louis

I have a photocopy of the book from an old teacher. It is really good. Good luck on your quest.
