When I was attending evening classes, it was passing the juries.

Now that I am working, there are 3 drivers:

1) The sheer joy of playing fun jobs and taking the music higher;
2) The envy of seeing better players get the jobs I want;
3) The agony of not getting an job auditioned for (rare , but it still stings) or not getting call backs from some A players.
