Practise after mastering major scales

ive been practising my major scales for the last 10 months and i think i have finally nailed them over the entire board on all strings up and down in any position and calling out every note in every key including the thumb position, and i also play the relative 2 and 5 chords whilst in that key. but what now?

melodic minor

Also do Blues and Rhythm Changes in all keys

Are you doing your scales in different patterns (e.g., in 3rds) rather than just in order?

Have you played the scales up and down starting on the second, third, fourth, etc. of the major scale (i.e. the major modes)? I didn't fully understand this post.... What about arpeggios?
