Hey, all. I'm a long time slab player and have just started getting into the world of DB. I have had considerable difficulty in finding an instructor so I decided I would get Simandl 1 and 30 Etudes and work through them as best as I can. I am realizing thought, that I really do need to get a proper instructor. Does anyone know of any one in reasonable distance from Springfield, MA that gives lessons?

Sal is an excellent and demanding teacher. Heavy on the classical stuff. You're technique will improve by leaps and bounds.
