How would a four string jazz bass fit in the long version? I have the 46" version. Love it. Would it be too loose? Could you try it and let me know?

In the 49" version? The body section is the same but the headstock has a little more room. Not loose.

These are great bags at an incredible price! If I was convinced that the longer 49" would be OK for my 65 Jazz bass I would grap it! The other one (46") Dark Green & Chestnut brown one would work as well but the longer black one would match the black 46"one I already have.

Could you please post some other pictures of the Dark & Chestnut bag too! I can only find one shot of that one. Looks nice & may be a better fit.

Sorry for the delay... But here we go!

Here is the 46" Grey Fabric w/ Chestnut Brown Leather Sonoma bag.

This shot shows my Jazz Bass next to it.


It is a perfect fit. Headstock area


When zipped up there is over half an inch of space between the headstock and the zipper...



Here is the all black Sonoma 49" version of the bag.


There is a bit more room at the top but not nearly as much more as I thought there would be.



Both bags the inner leather hardware protection lines up perfectly with the hardware of the jazz bass. Both at the bridge and headstock tuning post area.
