Bass Case Strap Pad

The padding on the part of the strap that goes over your shoulder has worn off and I need either a new strap/with padding, or just a pad that can slip over the strap. Where do you buy such a thing?

Try a luggage shop. They should have a replacement that wraps around the strap with Velcro.

I got a seatbelt "neck protector" at my local carwash, but Pep Boys will have them too. It wraps around the strap and Velcros in place. Perfect!

Go to a vintage clothing store and find a ridiculously wide leather belt, and have your mom/girlfriend/anyone-who-can-sew attach it to the strap. Best to cut the strap and attach at the ends of the belt.
