2004 Warwick rock bass

The bass has 2-J pickups
AMC in gold letters. How can I tell if the pickups are active or passive?
It does have a pre amp w a batt.

Joseph - What model bass is it? And, do the pickups say MEC? Do they say Dynamic Correction on them? Thanks!

Pickups do not say
