Man, I do love Warwick's! My collection may not be the most exquisite or rare (lots of standard models), but I've loved almost every single one of them more than any other bass I've owned. Here are the one's I have owned so far (and hopefully is only just the beginning):

My first Warwick, a Corvette Std 4 Bubinga passive

Corvette $$ 5

Corvette Std 5 Ash (Don't seem to have pictures of this one anymore, but honestly it's the only Warwick I've owned that I truly didn't like. Didn't seem to have the same growl and bite as the others, had the thin profile neck which I don't like, and had the worst neck dive I've ever experienced. Sold this one quick)

Thumb BO4 and Corvette Std 5 active

My first Streamer, an LX 4

Streamer Pro M 4

Thumb Flamin Blonde LTD 5

And finally, my dream bass, the one which will go to the grave with me, my Streamer Stage II 4

"Oh. My. Goodness!" was my initial reaction to seeing your collection TechJunky! You have some seriously gorgeous Warwicks there! And that Streamer Stage II was the climax for me!

My Corvette, from 2001 (Made in Germany). Ash body, passive electronics, ocean blue finish. Plays and sounds great in live settings and in the studio !

My three Warwicks.
I wish I did not sell my 1996 Streamer Bolt On (was not named LX back then).
I am thinking about replacing it with a 1994 Fortress one that I have spotted!

Definitely need to take a family pic; hopefully this weekend.

The bass arrived yesterday; it's the Artist Series Jack Bruce Survivor, fretted in red. A different animal for me, since none of my basses really nail that deep, traditional bass tone (and none of them are a 4 string), but after a little playing, this is a sweetheart of a bass. Great deep tone, EQ allows for some nice fine tuning, playability and balance are great. I had a Hipshot DeTuner lying around that I already put on the bass, so we're good there too.

And I have to say, the build quality on this "Made in Korea" Warwick is excellent. It really blows any of the other major companies' imported versions out of the water.

Already on it, Garey. I'm hoping that Monday I can finally sit down and take a quick demo vid of the JB and the Alien and get those up for WW friends and fam to enjoy.

Would've been tonight, but I got called to come to a rehearsal for a theatre run. The bass player's mom just got put on hospice and while he doesn't think I'll be needed, they would like me as a backup for the run. So, my dancecard is tentatively slammed.

Well, it IS new (the serial on it is 14). Any questions you may have about it that I can answer in that demo video, please fire away. I'd be glad to do what I can.

Well it is really new then !! lol They announce them for a while yet !!

If you cover most aspect of playing I'll be happy... I like demos pretty straight forward !!
(a little of each finger/slap/pick and pickups/control... much straight signal is always nice for a demo, having seen some of your "pro" demos I'm sure your used to it... Of course show us how you would use it yourself and have fun with it !!

thanks in advance !!

Yeah, I think it was announced at the '12 NAMM. I had my order in around March, and then played the waiting game, which was totally worth it.

Cool, I can easily go over that kind of stuff. Slapping on this bass isn't that fun, mainly because the pickup placement impedes it a little. That's not saying you can't (and I'll show a clip or two for sure), but this bass really is a finger player's bass for holding down the low end all night.
