Pro Series Star Bass is discontinued?

I was looking at a Pro Series Star bass that's currently in the classifieds here and was surprised by a comment the seller made. He said that Pro Series Star bass will be replaced by the Rockbass Star bass and the 4 string will only come as a short scale. I was aware of the new Rockbasses, but is it true that they are replacing the Pro Series Star basses?

domdec314 - That is correct. The Pro Series Star Basses have been discontinued, in favor of the new Rockbass Star Bass. The 4 string will come in 32" medium-scale and the 5 string is 34" scale. I hope this helps. Thanks!
