Hello there gentleman,
I would like to know what kind of exercises you do to get your hands warmed up before playing and of course cool down after you're done with playing. I mostly warm up with my Gripmaster and do some stretches and such, but I would like to know some other exercises. For the cooling down, I don't really have an idea what to do. My biggest fear is to damage my hands (really the last thing I want).
