Accidental inquiry...

In one of the pieces I'm learning at the momment, Bottesini's Allegretto Cappricio, there is a 'D' on the second beat of bar 104. Does anyone know if it should be a 'D#' ? The harmony seems to indicate D# but in context it's difficult to tell since the music is wavering between E major and G major. I have only the Yorke Edition which is notorious for missing accidentals. Can anyone help?
