Accompanying music search

Morning,

I'm currently practicing in an accompanying band for a bunch of student performances over the next few months.

The band's using downloaded music mainly for the piano and lead guitar. Most of the music I've found usuable, but there are a number of tracks that need a 'real' (written) string bass line (i.e. Mack the Knife).

Where can I get hold of actual bass music rather trying to work my own version from the piano part (this takes me a long time to do).

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Steve Taylor

Just play the roots. Worst case scenario, just play strait solid half notes. Good half notes are beautiful.
Good Luck
