Bach Cello Suites

I have recieved the 6 suites aranged by Robert Rohe entitled "BACH FOR BASS". I know there are different transcriptions and most of them are to be played up an octave. Is this one of them? Or is this at the right pitch? And, at the start of suite 4 it sais to tune A to Bb? I am not really studying the Suites yet. I will when I get through most of the Bottesini No.1. Any help?

Slow down with the music. If you're actually playing these pieces, slow down. This is more than anyone can chew.
