I know that Thomas Martin has played the Elegy in D with an orchestra. Also here is a video of Roman Patkolo playing the Tarantella with an orchestra accompaniment.

In addition to those above:
Concerto in F# minor
Concerto in B minor
Concerto di Bravura
Duet for Cello and Double bass
Grande Allegro Di Concerto alla Menhelssohn
Duet for Clarinet and double Bass---------|
Passione Amarose for 2 double basses----|
Several opera fantasies (Bellini, Rossini)--|

I believe those last 3 were arranged for orchestra by someone other than Bottesini, but the name escapes me.

There are probably others out there as well.

I have the Concerto in F# Minor. I printed it off IMSLP. That's about all it has though, as far as Bottesini.
