Does anyone have sheet music for this piece, played by Charlie Haden on Gavin's Farewell To Philosophy album?

If not, I'll try lifting it. I still have to get a copy of the recording anyways.

I sent an email to Gavin a while ago when I was trying to get a copy of this piece and never got a reply. There is no publication information on his website so one can only assume that it is unavailable for sale. Its a shame, its quite a nice piece.
