I just did a quick and dirty academic inter-library search and didn't see it in any collections. Looks like it's published by Fischer (
http://www.carlfischer.com/fischer/brantworks.html). If you're a student, your school might be able to rent it for a recital - might be prohibitively expensive otherwise. Good luck.
Didn't know Brant had passed until I did some searches just now. I don't know a lot of his music but he always seemed to me like a precursor / parallel development to Anthony Braxton, who I like a lot.
