The big question is "What would you like to play?'. Not so much about the difficulty of the piece but more about the style you like to play. Maybe you want something more baroque or more modern? I always found the Capuzzi really boring and settled for easier pieces either more romantic or modern, but more musically challenging rather than technically. If you try the Dittersdorf it will be more of the same, just harder - the Dragonetti is more romantic and even more so is the Kousevitsky which is also slightly harder than the other two. There are some modern works which are great fun to play like Gordon Jacob's 'Little Concerto' and Derek Bourgeois's 'Romance'. Always keep some studies like Simandl, Bille or Storch-Hrabe going parallel with your work so you are not relying exclusively on these concertos etc. to boost your technique.
